At Chaitanyas Modern Kitchen , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to handle refunds and cancellations fairly and transparently.
For Online Orders (Takeout & Delivery):
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Refunds will only be issued if:
You receive the wrong order.
Items are missing or damaged.
The order was not delivered due to a verified error on our end.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving it.
For Table Reservations:
You may cancel your reservation up to 2 hours in advance with no penalty.
No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially during peak hours or special events.
For Event Bookings or Private Dining:
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for a refund.
